Distance Selling Agreement

The subject is the supply of the digital service (blood test analysis right or subscription) ordered by the buyer on the Norya site by means of distance selling. A single purchase adds one analysis credit to the account; in a monthly or yearly Pro package, the monthly analysis allowance is available for the chosen period. The service is performed upon payment confirmation (PayTR notification) or over the package period.

Payments are taken securely via PayTR's payment infrastructure. Card details are not stored on Norya servers. Prices are shown clearly on the order screen; tax is included. If a discount code is used, the final amount is shown on the payment screen.

In distance contracts the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. However, digital content performed immediately with the consumer's consent (use of the analysis right) may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Law and Regulation. If no analysis has been performed and a withdrawal request is sent within 14 days of the payment date, a refund will be considered.
